Cancellation Policy At Florina Day Spa our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience. To ensure fairness to our staff and other guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Our service providers set aside time just for you, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to fill that time. This policy helps ensure our staff is fairly compensated for their time and allows us to continue providing high-quality service to all of our guests.
